How to measure your head right?

A flexible measuring tape as is customary for sewing is best suited to measure the head circumference. In case of need, however, a piece of twine can also be used (these can be simply lead around the head and then measure with a normal measuring tape /ruler).
Then face a mirror. Fix the front end of the measuring tape in the middle of the forehead & put it just above the ears once around the head. The tape measure should just be as thight as you want your hat to be.
If you want to be safe, you can add an extra 0,5 cm-1cm.

Made from sand colored sturdy canvas fabric with water repellant teflon coating.

LINING: Black cotton sweatband, outside fabric

HATBAND: Black cotton fabric (on request any color / material is possible)

 

FEATURES:

The brim of every Captn-Crop Top-Hat is reinforced with an aluminum wire. It’s not only strengthening the hat itself, but also gives you the option to shape the brim as you like!

Our hats are super sturdy, you can wash them and sit on them if you please. like a good shoe they get better with age.

 

HEIGHT:   optional - choose between 9cm / 11cm | for even higher Top Hats please contact us.

 

SIZE: ON REQUEST

 If you want to be safe add an extra 0,5cm - 1cm to your usual hat size. You can  make a hat easily slightly smaller, but not bigger!
